Compression Therapy
NormaTec Compression Therapy uses specialized sleeves that sequentially inflate and deflate, creating a dynamic compression pattern that mimics your body's natural muscle contractions.
The result is a deep, rhythmic massage sensation that moves fluid through the limbs, boosts circulation, and supports lymphatic drainage.
At The Well Haus we offer both leg and hip attachments — making this therapy as effective for lower back and hip pain as it is for tired, heavy legs.
Whether you're an athlete recovering from a hard workout, a frequent traveler dealing with swelling, or someone managing chronic hip discomfort through perimenopause or menopause — this therapy was made for you.
NormaTec delivers targeted relief where your body needs it most.
Benefits:
Circulation
Boosts blood flow and reduces fluid buildup in the limbs
Recovery
Speeds muscle recovery after exercise or physical activity
Neuropathy Support
Improves sensation and circulation in those with diabetic neuropathy
Soreness & Fatigue
Reduces perceived soreness and post-workout fatigue
Hip + Low Back Relief
Targeted compression for chronic hip pain and tension
Lymphatic Drainage
Supports the movement of fluid and waste through the body
Who can this help?
Compression Therapy can benefit virtually everyone — but here are some of the people who find it especially valuable:
Athletes recovering from training or competition
Runners, cyclists, or anyone with heavy legs
Frequent travelers or those on their feet all day
Those dealing with diabetic neuropathy
Anyone with poor circulation or fluid retention
Women suffering with hormonal hip pain
Those with chronic lower back or hip tightness
Anyone who just wants to feel lighter and less achy
How to prepare:
No special preparation needed. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing without bulky zippers, buttons, or embellishments — these can become uncomfortable under compression.
If you'll be using the leg boots, please wear socks.
Stacks well with:
Red Light Therapy
Red light stirs up cellular activity and flushes inflammation — follow it with compression to help your body carry away what's been released.
Hydrogen Inhalation
Do both at the same time — breathe in powerful antioxidant support while compression moves fluid and metabolic waste through your body.
PEMF
Start with PEMF to stimulate cellular repair and energy production — then let compression flush out the metabolic waste your cells have released.
Recommended Use:
Compression Therapy is safe to use 1 to 3 times per week for most people — enough to support recovery without overuse. Athletes or those with intense physical demands may benefit from more frequent sessions.
As always, listen to your body and adjust based on how you feel and
what your recovery requires.
