What to expect & how to prepare:
No special preparation needed. Your session takes place in our private red light therapy space, completely screened for your privacy. Red light does not penetrate clothing, so for best results undress to your level of comfort. Eye protection is provided but considered optional — however, please do not look directly into the panels due to their intensity. Simply close your eyes or look to the side while the panels are on.
